Teach kids to cope with grief and loss with this sorting activity on what we can and can not control about grief. Perfect for small group counseling for School Counselors to teach students about circle of control. Includes a digital learning version for Google Slides.

A Common problem kids face when going through a divorce is that they feel the situation is completely out of their control, and this really bad thing is happening that they have no say in. This activity is meant to help them focus on what they can control in their life and help them feel like they are not totally powerless. This activity takes about 30 minutes to complete with a small or large group.
