Description
Students will identify how they look and feel when calm and what makes them feel calm. They will also identify different environments and people that create a calming state. Great for students who are struggling with identifying feelings. Includes a digital version for use with Google Slides.
This activity takes about 30 minutes to complete with a small or large group. The goal is for students to self-reflect on their own expression of calm and to better understand what makes them calm.
Includes:
►Activity description including instructions/walk-through of activity, objectives, materials, guiding questions, SEL competencies addressed, and ASCA standards.
►2 pages of My Calm Monster (one example already done, one blank)
►3 pages of Color your Calm monster (identifying what makes them calm)
►2 pages of People/Places that make me calm.

This product is meant to be used in "edit" mode (not "presentation" mode). Edit mode is the only mode that allows drag & drop and writing in text boxes.
