Seasons of Grief - Grief & Loss Activity

Description

Coping with Grief activity that teaches the five stages of grief, including denial, anger, bargaining, depression, and acceptance. Help students to identify their own feelings about grief and what stage they might be in. Includes a digital learning version for Google Slides. Perfect for small group counseling.

This activity takes about 30 minutes to complete with a small or large group.

✨Includes:

• Activity description including instructions/walk through of activity, objectives, materials, guiding questions, SEL competencies, and ASCA standards.
• 2 posters describing the different stages of grief.
• 5 pages (1 stage per page: Denial, Anxiety, Bargaining, Depression, Acceptance) with a short description of the stage and checklist for students to complete.
• 1 page of Reflection and summary of checklist results.
• Black and white version included.

What mode should I use this in google slides?

• This product is meant to be used in "edit" mode (not "presentation" mode). Edit mode is the only mode that allows drag & drop and writing in text boxes.
