Description

Turn managing anger into an epic adventure in this interactive, castle-themed escape room, students must work together to defeat and escape the Anger Dragon. This SEL activity makes learning fun, engaging, and memorable.

As students move through five castle chambers, they’ll unlock clues that help them understand and practice anger management skills:

• The Wall of Triggers – Spot common anger triggers.
• The Hall of Treasures – Recognize physical and emotional signs of anger.
• The Throne of Feelings – Explore emotions connected to anger.
• The Armory of Calm – Discover healthy coping strategies (shields) vs. unhealthy reactions (weapons).
• The Dragon’s Lair – Apply conflict resolution skills in real-life scenarios to defeat the Anger Dragon.

Each completed challenge gives students a clue word. When combined, they reveal the empowering final message:
