Positive Words Activity to increase kind words and self esteem

Description

Activity using positive words to teach the power of our words, spreading kindness, and increasing self esteem in the classroom. Great to use school wide during No Name Calling week or Anti-Bullying week.

This activity takes about 30 minutes to complete with a small or large group. The goal is for students to get a self esteem boost and to recognize positive traits in themselves and others.

Includes:

• Activity description including instructions/walkthrough of activity, objectives, materials, SEL competencies, and ASCA standards.
• 5 Pages of Positive Word cards (27 different words, 3 blank cards to make your own)
