Build a Trick or Treater Friend activity

Description

Students will learn positive friendship qualities and "build" a Trick-or-treater friend that they would like to have. Halloween activity about making friends and keeping friends. Includes a digital version for use with Google Slides.

This activity takes about 30 minutes to complete with a small or large group. The goal is for students to recognize positive traits in a person that would make them a good friend to have.

Includes:

►Activity description including instructions/walk-through of activity, objectives, materials, guiding questions, SEL competencies, and ASCA standards.

►3 versions to choose from!

• Cut and Paste version: 5 different Trick or Treaters and candy (blank candies to fill in yourself or completed candies)
• Print and go version: 5 different Trick or Treaters with blank candies to write friendship traits on.
• Write in version: Trick or Treater handout with no candy, write in the qualities next to the trick or treater (includes completed version to use as a reference and blank version for students to write in the qualities).

►Black and White version included...have the students color them and save on ink!

▶️What mode should I use this in google slides?

This product is meant to be used in "edit" mode (not "presentation" mode). Edit mode is the only mode that allows drag & drop and writing in text boxes.
