Build a Snowman Friend activity

Description

Looking for winter activities? This lesson teaches students positive friendship qualities as they "build" a Snowman friend that they would like to have. Holiday and Christmas activity about making friends and keeping friends, perfect for winter centers. Includes a digital version for use with Google Slides.

This activity takes about 30 minutes to complete with a small or large group. The goal is for students to recognize positive traits in a person that would make them a good friend to have.

Includes:

►Activity description including instructions/walk-through of activity, objectives, materials, guiding questions, SEL competencies, and ASCA standards.

►My Snowman Friend (completed and blank version)

►Build a Snowman Friend handout completed version to use as a reference

►Build a Snowman Friend handout blank version for students to write in the qualities on.

►4 reflection questions about friendship qualities.

►Black and White version included...have the students color them and save on ink!
