My Proud Monster, an identifying emotions activity.

Description

Students will identify how they look and feel when proud and what makes them feel a sense of pride. They will also identify different environments and people that make them feel proud of themselves. Great for students who are struggling with identifying feelings. Includes a digital version for use with Google Slides.

This activity takes about 30 minutes to complete with a small or large group. The goal is for students to self reflect on their own expression of being proud of themselves and to better understand what makes them proud.

Includes:

►Activity description including instructions/walk through of activity, objectives, materials, guiding questions, SEL competencies addressed, and ASCA standards.

►2 pages of My Proud Monster (one example already done, one blank)

►3 pages of Color your Proud monster (identifying what makes them proud)

►2 pages of People/Places that make me proud.

►Black & White versions included.

This product is meant to be used in "edit" mode (not "presentation" mode). Edit mode is the only mode that allows drag & drop and writing in text boxes.
