Build an ELF Friend activity

Description

Students will learn positive friendship qualities and "build" an ELF friend that they would like to have. Holiday activity about making friends and keeping friends. Includes a digital version for use with Google Slides.

This activity takes about 30 minutes to complete with a small or large group. The goal is for students to recognize positive traits in a person that would make them a good friend to have.

Includes:

►Activity description including instructions/walk-through of activity, objectives, materials, guiding questions, SEL competencies, and ASCA standards.

►3 versions to choose from!

• Cut and Paste version: 4 different Elves and gifts (blank gifts to fill in yourself or completed gifts)
• Print and go version: 4 different Elves with blank gifts to write friendship traits on.
• Write in version: Elves handout, write in the qualities next to the Elf (includes completed version to use as a reference and blank version for students to write in the qualities).

►Black and White version included...have the students color them and save on ink!

▶️What mode should I use this in google slides?

This product is meant to be used in "edit" mode (not "presentation" mode). Edit mode is the only mode that allows drag & drop and writing in text boxes.
